At REVOK, we take great care in getting rare and collectible films safely into your hands. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

📦 US Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship from New York via UPS or USPS. The carrier determines the cost of shipping based on weight, size and distance. Adding your items in your cart conveniently shows you your shipping options and costs.

🌍 International Shipping

All orders shipping outside of the United States ship UPS or USPS. Like domestic shipping, the carrier determines the cost of shipping based on weight, size and distance. Adding your items in your cart automatically shows you your shipping options and costs.

📬 Packaging

We know these aren't just movies — they're pieces of film history. Every order is carefully packed to protect your discs and artwork during transit. We pack each DVD with an internal shipping peanut to prevent the dreaded popping out that discs tend to do, plus the added benefit of preventing your case from cracking. 

Orders of up to 4 DVDs ship in bubble mailers fit snugly and taped securely for protection during transit. Larger orders are shipped in cardboard boxes and bubble wrap to prevent jostling and for additional protection for your DVD babies.

🔍 Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. USPS First Class International packages may have limited tracking visibility once they leave the United States — we recommend checking your local postal carrier's website for the most up-to-date status.

🛃 Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. REVOK has no control over customs processing times, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
