Shipping Policy
At REVOK, we take great care in getting rare and collectible films safely into your hands. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
📦 US Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders ship from New York via UPS or USPS. The carrier determines the cost of shipping based on weight, size and distance. Adding your items in your cart conveniently shows you your shipping options and costs.
Free US economy shipping
- Orders of $100 USD or more after discounts: free economy shipping for the DVD portion.
- Orders of $150 USD or more after discounts: free economy shipping for movie art, too—including theatrical posters, screen prints, chirashi, lobby cards and programs.
The entire order’s merchandise subtotal counts toward these thresholds, after discounts and before shipping and tax. No shipping code is needed. Choose Economy shipping at checkout. International delivery and express or faster services remain paid.
For mixed DVD and movie-art orders from $100 to $149.99, the DVDs ship free by economy service and movie-art shipping is still charged. At $150 or more, both portions qualify. In regular checkout, select Lowest price or use More shipping options to choose a service for each shipment. Accelerated checkouts may not show separate shipment choices; use regular checkout for these options.
Free DVD delivery may use Media Mail and can take considerably longer. See the delivery guidance below. No handling fees are added.
USPS Media Mail — economy shipping for DVDs
Media Mail is a lower-cost, slower option for eligible DVD shipments to US addresses when offered at checkout. It can take considerably longer than other services. Allow roughly 2–10 business days after dispatch, with additional time possible during delays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery window. Order-processing time is separate. Choose a faster checkout service if your order is time-sensitive.
Movie posters, screen prints, art prints, chirashi, lobby cards and programs are excluded from Media Mail. DVDs and movie art in the same order may require separate shipping charges; checkout shows available services and the total cost. Media Mail is not an international service. USPS may open Media Mail packages for inspection.
Follow the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If you are concerned about a delay, contact revok@revok.com with your order number.
🌍 International Shipping
All orders shipping outside of the United States ship UPS or USPS. Like domestic shipping, the carrier determines the cost of shipping based on weight, size and distance. Adding your items in your cart automatically shows you your shipping options and costs.
📬 Packaging
We know these aren't just movies — they're pieces of film history. Every order is carefully packed to protect your discs and artwork during transit. We pack each DVD with an internal shipping peanut to prevent the dreaded popping out that discs tend to do, plus the added benefit of preventing your case from cracking.
Orders of up to 4 DVDs ship in bubble mailers fit snugly and taped securely for protection during transit. Larger orders are shipped in cardboard boxes and bubble wrap to prevent jostling and for additional protection for your DVD babies.
🔍 Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. USPS First Class International packages may have limited tracking visibility once they leave the United States — we recommend checking your local postal carrier's website for the most up-to-date status.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. REVOK has no control over customs processing times, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
