Born to Fight (1988)

$ 14.99

     A Vietnam vet (Cop Game's Brent Huff) managed to escape a vicious prison camp and returned to rescue his friends, but found that they were already dead. Time has passed and he has settled into a life of waste, drinking snake venom mixed with his booze for kicks.

     A young woman offers the vet a ton of cash to accompany her back to the area where the prison camp was so she can do interviews for a documentary, but it is really just a cover of her real intentions of trying to find her father. Unable to resist the money, the vet signs up for action, but it is more more complicated than he predicted since the camp is now run by a sadistic nemesis.

     Made during the same time as Strike Commando 2 and using most of the same cast and crew, Bruno Mattei directs this entertaining action fest and fills it with frantic gun fire, explosions galore, and the usual plethora of quotable one liners that you would come to expect.
