R.O.T.O.R. (1988)

     A futuristic Dallas is under siege from all manners of crime and the situation is so out of control, the police can no longer handle it. Enter R.O.T.O.R. .(Robotic Officer of Tactical Operations Research), an advanced half man, half machine that can patrol the streets and wipe out the garbage without getting tired or breaking a sweat.

     The city stops getting safer though when R.O.T.O.R. begins to reveal side effects when he tries to use deadly force on an unwary lady speeder. With the killing machine threatening to reek havoc on the city and refusing to shut down for reprogramming, those responsible struggle desperately try control the monster they have created.

     This hilarious Texan mash up of Robocop meets The Terminator will have you howling with laughter with its unbelievably bad acting, side-splitting dialog, corny soundtrack and insanely cheap special effects.
