A group of sadistic redneck militants burn down an Indian community, sending the inhabitants to the hills. They murder the horses, try to kill a child, and beat Thunder within an inch of his life.
When the law offers no help, Thunder is again forced to take matters into his own hands. He promptly sets about blowing the offenders businesses sky high and systematically punishing them for their crimes. An explosive showdown of epic proportions is the works after Thunder's wife is kidnapped and the entire Indian community unites to prepare for war!
