Ken Park (2002)

     Banned in Australia and few other countries, this Larry Clark (Kids, Bully) film still hasn’t seen the light of day except at the odd festival screening due to its sexual and violent content.

     Written by Harmony Korine (Gummo), the movie follows the lives of Ken Park and his friends in a California suburb. Shawn sleeps with both his mother-in-law and her daughter from her first marriage. Peaches gets caught by her religious father having sex with a boy and then is forced to have sex with him. Claude is a skater who is molested by his father. And there is Tate, who lives with his rich grandparents and masturbates while watching tennis players.
