Phenomenal and the Treasure of Tutankamen (1968)

The mysterious masked superhero Phenomenal has made his mission to fight the great criminal minds of the time, no matter what the price.  He learns that a master thief specializing in sensational heists has concocted a flawless plan to plunder the ancient Egyptian treasure of Tutankamen and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal.

Phenomenal must battle an ever-tightening web of murder, intrigue, and danger as the thief closes in. As time is running out, only Phenomenal can save the world's most fabulous golden prize - the mask of Tutankamen.

Ruggero Deodato takes on the world of dark comic art for his first feature film while borrowing elements of Mario Bava's Diabolik that happened to be made in the same year. This entertaining romp has Phenomenal running amok the sixties landscapes peppered with thugs, treasures, tiny cars and scantily clad women.
